The Southeast Texas Whiskey Festival engaged Litehouse to develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to generate awareness of the first-time event and drive ticket sales for the inaugural festival.

Litehouse was also tasked with developing the brand and creating the website for the event.
Because it was a first-time event, as well as a high-ticket event, it was crucial for the branding, messaging and website to communicate the value of the event to attendees as a gateway of what to expect from the experience

We worked with the Southeast Texas Whiskey Festival to create a brand and website design that communicated the value of the event to guests and executed a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive tickets sales. In addition to selling tickets for the event, we also deployed lead generation tactics to build social media and email lists, and collect customer data to promote future events. The promoter was also seeking to re-engage audiences during the ticket sales period and provide a promotional toolkit for sponsors and festival vendors to amplify messaging to their audiences.

Our marketing team developed a multi-channel marketing strategy to ensure the success of the high-ticket event. The first step was to create a strong brand and website design that effectively communicated the event's value proposition to potential attendees. The website was designed to be visually appealing and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about the event.

Next, we utilized a combination of Facebook and Instagram Ads to reach a targeted audience whiskey and bourbon enthusiasts, and drive traffic to the event website. Our email marketing efforts also played a critical role in growing the event's email list and engaging with subscribers leading up to the ticket sales period.

To re-engage audiences during the ticket sales period, we implemented targeted email marketing campaigns that kept the event top of mind and built excitement among subscribers, as well as Facebook and Instagram retargeting ads. These campaigns were designed to drive ticket sales and increase attendance, utilizing personalized and timely messaging to reach subscribers at the right time.

Finally, we created a promotional toolkit for sponsors and festival vendors to amplify messaging to their audiences. This toolkit included materials like promotional graphics, social media posts, and email templates that they could easily share with their own audiences to drive more ticket sales and build anticipation for the event.

Impact
The marketing efforts for the SETX Whiskey Festival exceeded expectations, resulting in $110,000 in ticket sales, surpassing the $100,000 goal. The lead generation tactics also proved to be successful, with over 2,500 email subscribers added to the event's mailing list.
Additionally, the event website received over 17,000 unique visitors from highly targeted regions, and the event's social media following grew to over 1,500 followers across multiple platforms.
Through a combination of targeted advertising, lead generation, and engagement campaigns, the event was able to drive significant ticket sales and build a strong online presence.
The results demonstrate that a comprehensive approach to marketing can not only meet but exceed goals, leading to a successful and profitable event.
